The beginning of the promenade (for those coming from the old city) is still characterized by remains of the ancient walls. The further north one goes, the more modern the promenade becomes, featuring magnificent sculptures alongside many sitting corners. The promenade maintains the nature so unique to Acre, and offers of a breathtaking view of the sea. At the northern end of the promenade there is a small, new industrial center comprising a coffee shop, a few stores and The Jam venue; a home for creative collaboration, and more.
The Promenade in paved entirely with typical stone that integrates well with the look of old Acre. The walk along the promenade is relaxed and stretches over about 1.2 km (~0.75 miles).

We recommend parking by the old city’s western entrance and walking along the promenade and back.
