The expertise, tranquility and grace in which restaurant staff services diners is obvious. Just as obvious as the warm, rustic, European design that whets one’s appetite. In the middle of the restaurant stands the large Taboon, always the center of some activity; bread comes out of here, as well as fish and other culinary surprises on their way to diners’ tables. The menu is a delectable combination of Galilean flavors and products with a Spanish Catalonian cuisine.
Concerning food, we would like to recommend two of the restaurant’s signature dishes: the “Tapas Tour” (a tour of restaurant tastes), ‘Paeya Marinara’ in an iron plate of rice and saffron, wrapped in shrimps, mussels, crabs and fish parts, and the “Mary Montania”: roasted spring chicken and shrimps. And we have yet to recommend the deserts and Israeli boutique wines manufactured in wineries of the Galilee.
The scenery and the flavors combined together make a visit to Adelina recommended and worthwhile for anyone visiting the Western Galilee, and may even justify a special trip.
