The vigorous Suheila stands in the sparkling clean, open kitchen, in front of the diners, and serves at a murderous pace dishes of hummus with meat, hummus with mushrooms, hummus with pine nuts, chickpeas hummus, ful medames(broad beans), labanehwith hyssop, eggplants with tehina, fresh vegetable salads and seasonal salads, kubbehand falafel fried within a deep pot.
Sitting places are available inside the Hummus Restaurant or outside, in the White Market.
The restaurant is open throughout the week except for Tuesdays
between 08:00-17:00
